We also had a many course crab lunch in Tokyo, with crab boiled, raw, in and out of the shell, in soup, baked, as sushi, on things, under things, every which way. It was all good.
On a trip to Japan a year or so ago, a friend took us to a crab restaurant in Yoyogi, where we enjoyed a multiple- course crab meal. It was amazing! I still think about that meal.
